   Probuild Group AD is a new build-investment company formed to construct and direct its first project “SEA ISLE”, located in Sunny Beach. The shareholders are BUILD INVEST CORP AD. They have particularly formed the first two parts such as RAINBOW 1, RAINBOW 2 and RAINBOW 3, outlining a closed holiday complex containing 420 apartments and studios, which have been build on a territory of 8000 m2 outdoor space.
   Probuild Group AD has an objective to become a part of the dynamically evolved holiday building sector mostly on the Bulgaria coast and within the capital, Sofia, Bulgaria. By fallowing such an aim, investments for more than 10 million euro have been intended for a variety of different sites, within the investment period commencing from 2 years onwards.
   To an extend, the clients of Probuild Group AD have gained loyalty as being part of the already realized projects of shareholders such as BUILD INVEST CORP AD. In such a way, Probuild Group AD has gained its experience on drawing new customers mostly from Russia, The United Kingdom and Poland.
   The investment perspectives within the building sector contained by the Bulgarian economy are part of the Global-European economic community, which Probuild Group AD has strongly aimed to be a part of its realization.
